The location was perfect for our trip, close to the M50 for quick access to Madrid. The bed was huge and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the variety at breakfast. the coffee at breakfast was disappointing and tasted diluted. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively, which made it uncomfortably warm at times. the curtains were broken, allowing in too much light, disturbing sleep. Having to deal with the noise from the highway wasn't ideal either.

I was extremely frustrated with the noise from the M50 highway. The coffee served at breakfast was utterly undrinkable, forcing me to seek a real cup from the bar. I was caught off guard by the restaurant being closed on Sunday, which was not clearly stated online.

I had an amazing stay in the Standard Double or Twin Room! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were pristine. I loved how quiet the room was, despite being near major roads, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.

On a recent trip for business, the location proved to be quite convenient for visiting nearby attractions like the X-Madrid shopping center, which has a vast selection of shops and cinemas. The room was comfortable and the amenities were up to the mark, making it a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast buffet turned out to be surprisingly extensive, which was a nice perk to start the day with variety.

We explored the historic aqueduct and had meals in Serrallo, which is a must-visit for food lovers. Having five teenagers with us made the spacious room a big plus. The amenities really suited our busy family needs.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly entertainment options.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was convenient with spacious rooms, and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed visiting the historic sites like the aqueduct of the Miracles, and indulged in delicious meals at Serrallo – one of the best spots in town. Plus, the breakfast had plenty of basic options to fuel our day.

We did have a minor issue with a noisy heat machine in the room that disrupted our sleep. It took a bit longer to resolve than expected.

the location is perfect for visiting nearby places like x-madrid shopping center which is huge, so many shops and cinemas. also, the rooms were comfy and the amenities were really nice. we had a great time exploring around with uber, super easy to get to the center of madrid too.

the breakfast was a bit confusing at first, thought it was just a small serving but it turned out to be a big buffet. also, parking was not the easiest thing, kinda tight.
